Closed Transactions Reported Through the CRMLS

Here are the numbers for the closed single family properties as reported though the CRMLS for the months of October 2010 back to 2003. The volume for 2010 are pretty similar to the volume for 2006. The highest total October volume was 2008 and the lowest was 2007. Interesting!

There you have it. As you can see, not all areas are consistently higher in volume in the same year. I do think that it is interesting to note that the total reported sales volume in these fourteen communities was 601 in 2007 and jumped to 2334 in 2008. This October the total volume in these communities was 1505.
