It is interesting to note that in the fourteen communities of the Inland Empire that I track, the number of closed single family sales is very similar to the number in 2010. I post the numbers for the month of August as they are reported though the CRMLS.

It is interesting to note the large drop in volume between August 2006 and August 2007. I do not see such a radical decrease in sales occurring this year . Tomorrow I will post the numbers for each month of 2011 for your information.
