The ratios between active listings and properties that have accepted offers (pendings and back-ups) have reached new highs. Active listings have dropped as offers have been accepted. As of today, we are at low point in the number of properties still available for sale. You can check the numbers for yourself. I will put the March 1, 2012 and then the March 1 2011 number.
