February Closed Sales - 2011-2003
March 8, 2011
The data for closed single family residential sales comes for the closed transactions reported in the CRMLS. It is interesting to compare the number of units sold during the past nine years. As we are all aware, these years encompass both the height of the real estate boom and the bottom of the bust.
