Listings, Pendings, Back-ups, April 1, 2012

Just check these numbers! When I pulled the numbers for active listings, pendings, back-ups yesterday, I was totally surprised. In all put the Mentone area, pendings and back-ups were greater than the number of active listings. First time this has happened since I began posting the numbers.

It was good to see that the numbers indicate that buyers are making decision to buy. Now we need to encourage potential sellers to put their homes on the market. I will be doing the median price numbers and we will continue to track them so that we will know when the price of homes selling is improving. At the moment, it seems to be just the volume of units being sold is experiencing improvement.
