Median Prices - January to June 2012

Yesterday I posted the units sold, today I am posting the median prices for the first half of 2012. I obtain the median prices by the simple mathematical process of taking the number of units reported sold, dividing by half and using the selling price of the property at the halfway point as the median.Where there is a large difference between the price at the halfway mark and the next sale, I post both numbers without the zeros.

I am still looking for a trend. Some of the communities have trended upward in the second quarter, but generally median prices are still bouncing around.
