Here are the numbers for the residential properties reported as "sold" through the CRMLS for each month in 2012. In many ways the numbers are remarkably consistent with slightly higher numbers during the summer months. It is important to remember that closings usually occur 45 to 60 days after a property has an accepted offer. If this observation is correct, the Summer closing reflect an active Spring.
