It's St. Patrick's Day

Even the non-Irish wear green and enjoy the corn beef and cabbage dinner. In San Bernardino today and tomorrow there will be a St. Patrick's Day Festival. It is a free event with bag pipers, step dancers, contests, food and beverage. It is being held on the Green next to the California Theatre of the Performing Arts, 562 W.
