April 11, 2011 Here are the numbers for the closed residential real estate sales for the month of March as reported through the CRMLS. It is interesting to note that the smaller municipalities have fairly consistent numbers from 2009-2011. With the substantial decline in home value, buyers, many of whom were investors, took advantage of the lower pricing. With prices having stabilized, the numbers seem to have returned to normal volumes.
