Yesterday I posted the numbers for the closed single family sales for the month of September from 2003 to 2011. Today I will post the numbers for each month in the present year. This will allow you to see the trend for the year 2011.

In March it look as though we were seeing a nice jump in volume, but it did not continue the upward trend. However, the sales continue to produce fairly consistent numbers. Perhaps if we maintain this volume through the fourth quarter of 2011, we can feel that the worst is behind us.
