Tracking Our Upper End MArket

This year I have been tracking the number of single family real estate sales that have closed over $400,000. As are the numbers for all closed sales, these numbers have not change substantially.

Redlands, Riverside and Yucaipa/Calimesa are beginning to show some signs of life in the upper end market. Hopefully this trend will continue and spread.
