Median Prices - January to October 2012

Check for yourselves. Median prices may be showing a bit of an upward trend. They are somewhat better than they were at the beginning of 2012, but they still seem to be bouncing up one month down the next.. Just a reminder that these prices are the result of an unscientific search. I take the number of residential properties reported sold through the CRMLS, divide by two and use the price of the sale at the midway spot.
