Median Home Prices - Solds - January-March 2011

April 12, 2011 Here are the median prices as reported though the CRMLS for the months of January, February and March of 2011. This report as not based on economic analysis but on the simple method of dividing in half the number of properties reported as sold through the CRMLS. I then list the selling price of the property at this halfway point.
