December 13, 2011
What have the median prices done in the year 2011, the third or fourth year of the downturn, depending on when you think it began. These median prices are not the result of economic analysis. They are simply the prices of the properties that are at the halfway point of the transactions reported closed in the CRMLS. Add three zeros to the number reported.
